I recently ordered some Ergo Cre online when a buddy of mine mentioned it to me. It comes in Lemon Lime flavor but I decided to go with the Pineapple Mango. I must say, this stuff tastes amazing! Unfortunately like most supplements the scoop was buried in the powder and I had to go fishing for it. However, when I licked my fingers after digging out the scoop I was amazed at the flavor the powder had by itself!
I imagined a somewhat half-bad flavor from the powder alone, but it was almost like eating a pixie stick! Needless to say, the drink is great when you mix it with water. I was half tempted to blend it into a smoothie to make a pina colada, but didn’t really have the time.
Something we liked about this particular product is the blend of creatine that it contained including Creapure as well as creatine anhydrous, gluconate, citrate, and pyruvate. Having a blend allows you to get the best of each all in one convenient scoop. There are a lot of articles online about whether creatine monohydrate is better than HCl or any of the other various compounds in existence that introduce extra creatine to your system.
Another great thing about Ergo Cre is that it comes in a 60 serving container which will last me for no less than 2 months. On top of that it was less than $20 so for less than $10 per month I have a great tasting, quality manufactured creatine supplement.
If you’re looking for more creatine than what this contains I would recommend buying some bulk Monohydrate or HCl and mixing it in with this Ergo Cre.
Overall I would give this creatine supplement a 9/10 rating. The reason for not giving it a 10/10 is because I’ve noticed a slight difficulty in absorption into lower quantities of water. I would recommend using a shaker with your Ergo Cre.
