Personal Training, A Modern Approach

One of the most frustrating things about fitness can be all of the distractions and temptations that take us further from our goals.  This isn’t a problem for everyone, however it is definitely more common than not.  Personal Training allows you to report to someone that will hold you accountable for your actions involving nutrition and exercise. A personal trainer can also provide guidance and coaching during a workout if they are local.

I’d like to present an opportunity for those of you who may have never been involved with a personal trainer. First off,   The National Strength and Conditioning Association did a study that revealed an average cost of $50 per hour for a personal trainer.

Why so expensive? Well it’s because of they value they provide. Honestly, it’s a really good deal. Definitely something worth trying out.

At that price though, not everyone will be able to afford it.  Not everyone wants to have a trainer they meet with face to face for workouts. Some may just want guidance and someone to hold them accountable.

That’s where this article comes in. Our plan here at Eternity Athletics is to provide you a way to reap the benefits of a personal trainer without the high cost. Right now we’re doing free fitness consultations to help you get started in the right direction.

“Did you say free?”

Yes. Yes I did.

Of course, we will be offering paid personal training in the future. This paid training will only be a small fraction of the price of a local personal trainer.

Why?

Because we’ll provide guidance and coaching online no matter where you are. No need to work around scheduling conflicts or commit to a certain number of training sessions.

We won’t go into all the details here just yet, because that’s not the goal right now.

We want to provide as much assistance to anyone wanting to progress more quickly in their fitness goals.

Whether you’re just starting out or want to learn how to enhance your current routine, we’ll help through a free fitness consultation.

“Well what do I have to do?”

There are statistics such as 96% of people fail who try to lose weight, and 75% of New Years Resolutions for weight loss go unfinished. Pretty scary, huh?

Like I said, it’s absolutely free.
